You can cancel your membership at any time and for any reason. If you are cancelling your membership, you need to give 7 days notice before the next billing cycle.
While we're sad to see you leave our membership program, we can quickly and efficiently process your cancellation.
We'd love to know why you wish to cancel and would also like to know how we can keep you as a customer.
We have several levels of monthly membership to choose from.
Prices for most of our locations are
- Signature Wash: $39.99 per month
- Wash, Wheels, and Wax: $29.99 per month
- Wash and Wheels: $24.99 per month
- Wash: $19.99 per month
If you are set in your decision to cancel, or if you want to switch plans, we'll need some additional information to find your account.
- What is your phone number?
- In what city and state did you purchase your pass? (not where you live, but where the car wash is located)
- What name is the pass under?
- What is the full Pass ID number located on the RFID sticker that was placed in your windshield? This number may or may not include a plus (+) sign. You can also take a photo and attach it to this email.
- License Plate Number (If no sticker and the Car Wash uses license plate readers)
- Reason for cancellation (moving, sold vehicle, etc.)
We would be more than happy to switch plans for you.

Here is the information we will need to complete your cancellation:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your mobile number
- The location where you purchased the pass
- Your Unlimited Wash Club Number, which is the 11-digit number on the sticker inside your windshield.
Note: If you are not able to locate that number, we can also look it up with the first five and last four digits of your credit card.
If you decide you want to restart your membership later on, simply stop by any location and reactivate your plan. We hope to see you soon!
